Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply when you place an order through our website. Agreement is concluded between you and Made by Lullan.
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). VAT is included in the price and is 6% for patterns, magazines and books and 25% for other goods.
We reserve the right for possible misspellings, product changes, price adjustments and color deviations as well as possible errors in the stock balance. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after the order is processed. We work to ensure that our images are as representative as possible, but we unfortunately cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the products in real life. Due to difficulties in reproducing exact color, color deviations may therefore occur.
To be allowed to shop in the webshop, you must be 18 years old, if you are younger, the approval of a guardian is required. When you have confirmed the purchase, you are obligated to pay for your order and you have also accepted our terms of purchase.
When we have received your order, an automatic order confirmation is sent to you. If you have not received an order confirmation in your inbox within 24 hours of ordering, we ask you to first check whether it has been stuck in the junk mail or if you entered the wrong e-mail. Please contact us if something is still wrong.
Sometimes, unfortunately, it can happen that an item has run out. Should that happen, we will contact you via email as soon as we discover this. You then have the opportunity to make a change to your order, wait for a new delivery of the product and also have the right to cancel your purchase if you wish.
Shipping and delivery
If everything ordered is in stock, it will be delivered within 2-5 working days, with the exception during campaigns when delivery may take a little longer. If there are pre-order items in the order, the entire order will be sent when everything has arrived. The package is sent trackably with DHL to the nearest delivery point and you will then receive an SMS or email notification when it is ready to be picked up. Smaller packages under 1 kg are sent in some cases with PostNord. Shipping price is SEK 76. Your goods can also be picked up here in Villands Vånga by arrangement.
Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. For uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 250 is added to cover shipping and overheads.
When purchasing with an invoice from Klarna, you must enter your population registration address as the delivery address.
Card payment – Pay directly with your bank card via Klarna.
Invoice – Pay when you have received your goods with an invoice from Klarna.
Swish – Pay with Swish to no. 123 071 38 91.
Follow the washing instructions for each article and please wash before cutting and sewing, taking into account shrinkage, excess color and color fixation.
Almost all fabrics shrink slightly. What you can count on is that linen fabrics shrink around 6%, cotton fabrics around 5% and knit fabrics up to 10%.
If dryers are then used, you can expect the fabric to shrink extra.
Returns and complaints
You have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. You are then responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for the goods arriving at us intact and undamaged. Always contact us before any return. We do not redeem goods returned against cash on delivery.
When returning, the fabrics must not be washed, polished or sewn in. Sewing accessories must be unused and unopened in the original packaging.
The 14-day right of withdrawal only applies to stock items, i.e. not to custom-made items made according to your choices and wishes, such as e.g. clothing and bag orders.
If something is incorrect, this must be reported within 14 days after receiving the item. Fabrics should be checked BEFORE you wash, cut and start your sewing. We do not accept returns on fabrics that have been cut.
If there is something wrong with the fabric, printing, knitting, etc., please contact us as soon as possible before washing or cutting the fabric.
Should the fabric become discolored in the wash, contact us before cutting the fabric.
Fabric discolored by other fabrics during washing or bleached either in washing or in the sun will not be accepted as a claim.
When printing fabrics, it happens that there are small white dots on fabrics as there are loose fibers on the fabrics that can come off during washing and finishing. These small white dots are not a product defect and do not count as a complaint.
We do not accept any returns for complaints without you having first been in contact with us via email. Send us an email where you state the order number, describe the error and attach images so that we can get an idea of what the error is.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as labor disputes, war, fire, lightning strikes, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity/telecommunications/data connections or other communications, and faults or delays in services from subcontractor due to circumstance stated here. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which entails exemption from damages and other penalties. If any such situation should arise, Made by Lullan will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the time of the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and we have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
